These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence. That said, fc999 always prioritizes the interests of its Bangladeshi members.

FC999 operates under an international online gaming license. It is each member's own responsibility to comply with the local laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh.

To open an account at fc999, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• You must provide your full legal name, an active mobile number, and your correct date of birth at registration.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number. If multiple accounts are created using the same number, both accounts will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited.
• Registration from prohibited countries or regions is not permitted.

After registration, FC999 may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawal limits may apply until KYC is fully completed.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled if processing has already begun. The mobile number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• The standard wagering requirement is 10–30x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• The same member may not participate in the same promotion more than once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.
• FC999 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion at any time.

If you withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus balance will be deducted and only the remaining real-money balance will be paid out. The bonus will be automatically cancelled in such cases.

The following rules apply at all times for Sports Betting and casino games at fc999:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or match is cancelled for any reason, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Fc999 is not responsible for any bet automatically rejected due to odds changes.
• FC999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Fc999 is not liable if a bet fails to register during live betting due to an internet disconnection.
• If any betting activity appears suspicious, FC999 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation.

For Sports Betting, fc999's official results are considered final. In the event of any dispute, data from international sports data providers will be used as the reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FC999. Violations will result in permanent account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Artificial or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack an account, gain unauthorized access to the system, or engaging in any malicious activity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to a third party.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption.

FC999 employs the highest level of technical measures to protect members' personal data. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone, and change it regularly. Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. If you notice any unrecognised login or suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
