Changes must be made through Support:

If the app won't open, try these first:

1. Close and reopen the app: Swipe FC999 away from your phone's Recent Apps to close it, then reopen it.
2. Check your internet connection: Check that your Wi-Fi or mobile data is working properly. Try loading another site in your browser to confirm.
3. Restart your phone: In many cases, this alone resolves the issue.
4. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → FC999 → Storage → Clear Cache. (Do not tap Clear Data — it will log you out.)

If you see an update prompt:

• Installing the new APK over the old one without uninstalling first will keep your data intact.
